Last updated 27 October 2026
Ecom Elite respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or engage our services, why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it.
Who we are
Ecom Elite is a United Kingdom based ecommerce growth consultancy providing marketplace management, advertising, listing optimisation, brand design and logistics services.
This website, eliiteecom.com, is operated by Brick & Basin, company number 17280650.
For any privacy matter you can reach us at info@eliiteecom.com or on 07873 695008.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, company name, email address, telephone number, website and marketplace details, monthly revenue range, and the content of your enquiry or message.
Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region and pages viewed, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
Information provided during an engagement: access details for your seller or advertising accounts, product and catalogue data, and commercial figures you choose to share so we can operate your channels.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry and prepare an assessment or proposal.
To deliver the services you have engaged us for, including managing marketplaces, running advertising campaigns, producing creative, and planning logistics.
To raise invoices, maintain accounting records and meet our legal obligations.
To send service-related updates. Marketing communications are only sent where you have asked for them, and every message includes an unsubscribe option.
Lawful basis
We process personal data under the UK GDPR on the basis of contract (to deliver services you have engaged), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business and respond to enquiries), consent (for optional marketing) and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).
International transfers
Some providers we use may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Client records, including contracts and invoices, are kept for six years to satisfy UK accounting requirements. Account access details are removed within 30 days of an engagement ending.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to request portability of the data you provided. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
To exercise any right, contact info@eliiteecom.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and least-privilege practices for client account access. No system is entirely without risk, so we ask clients to enable two-factor authentication on every marketplace account where it is available.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our services. The revision date above always shows the current version.
